THE PHILIPPINES

Day 1

Start your charter in Manila Bay. Take a refreshing drink on board before you set off to explore the capital. For lunch try Chicken Adobo, the national dish, or other delicious fusion dishes. Set sail for an overnight anchorage in one of the bays of Palawan.

Day 2

After a fresh breakfast on board visit the sprawling Tabon Caves in the beautiful St. Paul Subterranean River National Park, a five-mile-long water-filled cave that can only be toured in outrigger canoes. In the afternoon take a swim in the Tubbataha Reef National Marine Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 3

Set sail for Busuanga and relax in the Maquinit Hot Springs. You can also do some seriously impressive shipwreck diving and see a number of Japanese ships sunk by American bombers during WWII, or visit Calauit Game Preserve and Wildlife Sanctuary.

Day 4

Cuyo Islands is a particularly popular destination for windsurfers. Try it out yourself or even do some diving and snorkeling. Enjoy evening cocktails and a gourmet dinner on board.

Day 5

Borocay – treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment at the new Shangri-La Resort & Spa. Have lunch at the Lemon Café - one of the best restaurants in the Philippines. Celebrate happy hour, where you will discover beach pig roasts, and enjoy karaoke.

Day 6

Set sail for Cebu and visit its historical sites: the first Spanish fort in the Philippines, Fort San Pedro, and the first cross Magellan planted in 1521.

Then visit Mactan Island, swim in the impressive Kawasan Falls, or take a stroll along beachfront villages.

Day 7

Arrive in Bohol and admire the surreal Chocolate Hills – spend some time wandering in this amazing natural environment. Visit the Philippine Tarsier and Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can camp and view this tiny, rather adorable animal. Dive or snorkel in pristine waters. You might be able to see dolphins and whales from March to June.

Day 8

Take a leisurely cruise back to Manila and disembark there.
